Manatee Spirit provides everything you need for your journey, including filtered water, mats, or zero gravity chairs, blankets, bolsters, pillows, and eye masks. Feel free to bring your special blanket or pillow if you prefer!

Timeliness
I honor that doors open at 5:30pm and close promptly at 6pm. No entry after this time. We do not accommodate exceptions.
Responsibility
I will be mindful of sprinkler heads when parking, remove shoes at the door, turn off cell phones, and honor the sacred silence during the experience
Alcohol-Free Space
I will arrive with no alcohol in my system and not consume it during the experience
Recording Positive
I consent to photo and video being taken of me during the experience

What time should I arrive?
5:15 pm for the optional 5:30 pm opening circle, including meeting by the water to set our intent and to ground in the food forest. Arrive by 5:45 pm at the latest to settle in for a 6 pm-7 pm sound-healing experience.
What do I need to bring?
Manatee Spirit provides mats, pillows, blankets, bolsters, eye masks, and filtered water.

What is a Cosmic 108s Studio Concert?
A cosmic sound experience that includes a 60-minute sound meditation/journey/get up and dance. Ceremonial cacao greets you; mesmerizing theta-inducing sound immersion awaits; and after-party integration with the Cosmic 108s, which consists of 5 SW FL-based musicians. Jaye Martin, an internationally loved yogi, ballet dancer, and clarinetist. Helen Greenfield, cellist, reunited with Jaye after they played in the same college orchestra long, long, ago. Steve Green, sound engineer and guitarist, is Helen's beloved. Cameo Rose, heavenly flute, piano, and evocative movement, kinda Jaye's other part! Where do we park?
There is plenty of street parking. Please be mindful of the sprinkler heads by parking completely on the street rather than pulling up on the curb.
