What to Bring
Manatee Spirit provides mats, pillows, blankets, bolsters, eye masks, and filtered water. If you prefer, you may bring a favorite blanket or pillow.

Timeliness
I honor that doors open at 5:30pm and close promptly at 6pm. No entry after this time. We do not accommodate exceptions.
Responsibility
I will be mindful of sprinkler heads when parking, remove shoes at the door, turn off cell phones, and honor the sacred silence during the experience
Alcohol-Free Space
I will arrive with no alcohol in my system and not consume it during the experience
Recording Positive
I consent to photo and video being taken of me during the experience

Feel supported as you melt deeply into a theta state through the etheric frequencies of cellos, guitars, 6 gongs, 7-chakra crystal bowls, 20 Tibetan bowls, Native American flutes, a frame drum, hand pan, djembe, Buddhist temple bells, Peruvian and Egyptian rattles, wind chimes, all woven into a soul-connecting experience!

Yes. Community events happen October through April, bi-monthly on Sundays, 6 pm to 7:30 pm, $33/person.
Who are the Cosmic 108s?
A free-improv 5-piece band of multi-instrumentalists, yogis, meditators, and cosmic-thinking musicians who give 4 Manatee Holistic Sound Studio Concerts a year. Band geeks include: Helen Greenfield: Soulful electric cello, acoustic cello, crystal bowls Jaye Martin: Silky clarinet and primal percussion to soothe the nervous system Cameo Rose: Piano, flute, and shakti prana flow, encouraging you to witness your unique experience fully.
