Bowl-By-Bowl Manatee Spirit LEVEL ONE Sound Certification SERIES begins THURS, JAN 7, 2027 Welcome, Sound Healer Friends! Lifelong professional cellist and meditation coach, Helen Greenfield, here, and I would love to help you gain grace, alignment, and confidence in facilitating quality therapeutic sound sessions! Bowl-By-Bowl Level One Certification is a 10-hour course: 9 hours in person and 1 hour to take and report back on a sound bath of your choice. Discover the science, art, and history of sound healing and, most importantly, practical ways to map out a sound therapy session with finesse and confidence. Receive excellent coaching on tone production, technique, rhythm, harmony, and trickster transitions! Master basic skills on gongs, hand-hammered Nepali singing bowls, a full chakra set of crystal bowls, Native American flutes, drums, bells, marimbas, and chimes! What's unique? We use intent to improve the outcome We master the skills to practice more efficiently We keep class sizes small and foster a supportive, nurturing learning environment.     I honor that doors open at 5:30pm and close promptly at 6pm. No entry after this time. We do not accommodate exceptions.

    I will be mindful of sprinkler heads when parking, remove shoes at the door, turn off cell phones, and honor the sacred silence during the experience

    I will arrive with no alcohol in my system and not consume it during the experience
